После письма с требованием вернуть мне деньги, иначе я буду возвращать через Swedbank и обращатся в кибер полицию в Германии, продавец удалил мой аккаунт на сайте и нахамил.
Действует так много лет. Здесь отзывы об этом мошеннике:

hiermit möchte ich Anzeige wegen Online-Betrugs gegen den Onlineshop https://ruline.de erstatten.
Ich habe in diesem Onlineshop eine Dienstleistung bestellt und vollständig bezahlt.
Die Dienstleistung wurde jedoch bis heute nicht erbracht. Auf mehrere E-Mails meinerseits hat der Verkäufer nicht reagiert.
Nachdem ich dem Verkäufer schriftlich mitgeteilt habe, dass ich eine Rückbuchung über meine Bank (Swedbank) sowie eine Anzeige bei der Polizei in Deutschland veranlassen werde, falls keine Rückerstattung erfolgt, wurde mein Benutzerkonto auf der Website gelöscht. Zusätzlich erhielt ich eine unhöfliche und beleidigende Antwort.
Nach meinen Recherchen handelt es sich nicht um einen Einzelfall. Der Anbieter scheint seit mehreren Jahren nach demselben Muster zu handeln. Hier finden sich zahlreiche negative Bewertungen anderer Geschädigter:
